Nope. Standing in front of his car streaming onto the concrete barricade. Pretty much full exposure! He was in his company hi viz jacket too.
Lucky he didn't get booked then.

Is his car heading east or west?. Winds today at MEL coming from South west so hopefully he is not "pissing in the wind".
Just like pilots when they fly, such acts require careful consideration of the local wind directions.

When you gotta go, you gotta go....Oh. Just saw a guy pulled over on Tullamarine Freeway and urinating. Fully in view of everyone driving past and where traffic is held up.
When you gotta go, you gotta go....
Coming in to the city from the airport. He was on the left, obviously That would make it......?
I'm not a prude but not something you'd see in daylight without a care in the world and no attempt to be discrete.
Actually urination in public is an offence, regardless of where. If he did so against the front left tire it's okay. Anywhere else is considered exposing oneself in public.

On the left. Maybe roadworks? Traffic was awful in MEL this arvo.

Drive home from work was ridiculous. Cars parked in the clearway, idiots who cant drive in the rain, and the p-plater that pulled out in front of traffic and got t-boned.
Logic not necessarily a priority when faced with certain emergencies.Sure. But he could have positioned to the right of his car which then have blocked him from oncoming traffic then he would only have been seen if people turned around and which is unlikely.

Meh. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. Don't see too many women squatting, do you!
Saw heaps when I was in New Orleans a few years back.
And reason that boys don't need need to queue for loos.
Ah, but I think you are somewhat younger than me; your day will come PF.
