Low cost car insurers are great if you don't claim.

Oh and if you are silly enough to claim then expect your intestines to be dragged out through your mouth....

As with most things, you get what you pay for....

I emailed the agent and asked if the bondage equipment was left there on purpose for the photo and they took the bedroom photo off the listing... but the internet is forever and I have the proof :)

I didn't even NOTICE it until you pointed it out ! Going to clean my glasses !!!

Like that Youi company? I always thought they made all these promises until you have to claim and then you find out youre screwed in the fine print.

Oh, very brave.
Yes, I did take into consideration that they will not be at the next gathering, so figure I had at least 12 months for them to forget. (and of course now they wont forget.:))

And the photographer?!

Ive been thinking about this. Purple Bricks, the agent, is one of those internet realtor companies with cut price rates.

We noticed this house because its not far from the one we sold and they had a for sale sign up before we listed but it wasnt online, only a sign. Their listing went live last night. Im wondering if the seller takes their own photos.

Either way, their concept seems time wasteful to save $8K. They have been for sale for at least 2 weeks but only went online last night. We signed to sell, listed 3 days later, had 30 viewings and sold in 4 days from listing to under contract.

See, thats why I needed it spelled (spelt?) out to me.

As i said before, theres only one Queen per household, apparently its the same for the hounds and they are slightly peeved by the changes. New people, new dogs, change of noise and schedule and having to share space. Hopefully they will settle down.

There is generally only one leader in the house - and that is the owner. It should not be the dog. If it is the dog (over the human) then it is back to a training program like Nothing In Life Is Free (NILIF) to re-establish who controls the resources etc.

Barking reactively like to someone walking past etc or barking when left alone? If the latter, try this:
http://www.greatdanerescue.com.au/Docs/separation_anxiety_seperation_training.pdf
The barking is at things or people she sees going past. She gets spooked very easily by many things. If she meets another person or dog she is fine and brave until up close then she is timid.

I don't believe that it is separation anxiety but there are a few points in the article that are useful.

I have been told by breeders that part of our barking problem is her breed as she is half Cavalier King Charles and half cougher Spaniel. The Cavvie breeder said they all are prone to barking a lot.

Yes. Youi. Real. Progressive. Budget Direct. All same same.

Thats the impression Ive gotten from their ads. All looks new and hip until you make a claim and youre ****ed by the fine print and that $178 per year "saving" amounted to not much.

But thats me, Im sure we're over insured for most things, especially travel.
