TDF starts tonight! Interesting that recent scientific report says that EPO has no performance enhancing function. Such a shame LA was destroyed by use of EPO when it was essentially just his ability and a exceptional training regimen that achieved the actual results, not to minimise the farce and cheating involved.

He has admitted to quite a few other things. Plus having a good team can help a lot.

The Lions won, it matters not that they did it with superior numbers on the field. The result stands.
But the only walk of shame was for SBW and his silly league style tackling.

Sorry, I didn't mean you had brought the cold weather, just saying in a round-a-bout sort of way that I don't get up early, but I admire those that do - like you. I didn't get much sleep Fri night and got up at 10.30 this morning (there - I've said it) just as my wife was going to work.

And yes, we had an absolutely sunny day. I didn't notice any of the forecast wind though.

Good luck with the walk tomorrow. At those temps my nose would be dripping.

Still tucked up in bed at the moment, waiting for Mr FM to finish his shower. Looks lovely and sunny outside, but will leave it another hour at least before taking the dogs to the dog park. With Ms FM on honeymoon, we have 4 dogs, so have given up walking in the reserve near our house and bundle them all in the car for a trip to the nearest dog park. The last time we tried taking them to the reserve, they saw a rabbit and it was totally chaotic. Mr FM had Ms FM's two dogs. He weighs 60kg, they have a combined weight of 30kg - it wasn't easy.

I am pretty good when it comes to working out acronyms. But apart from LA I have no idea what you are talking about.

A funny story from daughter when she was doing Vet at Syd - the lecture was on performance enhancing drugs/supplements and one of the students seemed to know a lot about them. The lecturer asked him if he was an athlete and he replied that no he wasn't but he was a Waterhouse.
