I did 22121 steps for the day on Sunday. 230 minutes. Feet aching badly.

New record for me since using Samsung Health in Feb 2017.

It's a bit warmer this morning. Currently 5°

I have people in the office wearing ugg boots... and I wish I was smart enough to remember to bring mine in.

I just checked into the Raddison in Liverpool and the PFY behind the bar was very sweet and said I could taste before I bought and then proceeded to totally hack at the cork and said both bottles were no good so I took the corkscrew and opened one FFS how hard is it to train staff to open a bottle of wine properly

I was confused why you were staying in Liverpool but with the wine issue, I finally figured out you mean Liverpool UK and not Liverpool, a stone throw away from Cambelltown NSW.

What was their reaction after you schooled him/her in how to use a cork screw?

He poured me a very large glass of wine and only charged me for an regular one

Sorry L_T_L, as someone that grew up near Manuka, just down Captain Cook Ave, I'll never follow these 'johnny come latelies', the sooner they are gifted a premiership the better, then I really hope they fade into obscurity!

The help that this manufactured team gets over the original established teams really annoys me. Tasmania has been far more deserving of a team than western Sydney, imo. At least in Tasmania it is the number one football code.

The team I have followed for as long as I can remember has won only 1 flag and I doubt they will ever win another one.

My birth town (Adelaide) teams are a different story, hope they win many more.

As for what the gws want to do to the Manuka precinct, I really hope it never happens. Rant over.

Can we agree to disagree on this?

LOL - I don't follow them but they have become big business here. Lots of orange around if they are playing. Reminds me, did you see oval has been rebranded as UNSW Canberra Oval for the football? Now that's not right!
I'm all for development but hope the plans for the oval precinct don't go ahead (actually I can't see it happening myself).
FWIW I am a poor old Demons follower ever since some distant cousin played for them in the 60s. :)
Feel free to rant :)
Meant to ask - is the wrist healed now?

Thanks for asking, I'm meant to go back Thursday, everything seems fine now.

Late out of Haneda last night, fuel valve issue, then we waited for over an hour to get our bags in Sydney.

Looking forward to being in warm(?) Canberra in about two hours, not!

I'm a long suffering St Kilda supporter, still remember 1966 like it was yesterday! How sad is that.

IDK; FWIW, IMHO the TLA is an intrusion that adds SFA to written and verbal conversation. YMMV. ;)

I understood everything except SFA. My guess from context is that it means "Nothing" although it's possible we can't spell out the F on this forum in the TLA.
