Dominos won't deliver to my house. The Dominos delivery boundary is at the start of my street
Taxis won't come to my house unless going to airport . $140 to airport

Reminds me of the time many years ago I was living/working on an olive farm up in Qld. Rang Eagle Boys for pizza, the delivery guy got to the end of the farm road, phoned and said he wont drive up and for me to come to him. I said this is a delivery, not a I-come-and-meet-you, service. He caved, drove up and got tipped well. No further issues with future orders.

Dominos and PH won't deliver to edge of boundary unless it's an actual address.
Did not accept offer to meet delivery guy at the edge.

There is a man in row 5 whose carry on is large enough to place a body in it. Not kidding, it exceeds all carry on sizing and looks very heavy.

This is Joe. Joe is sitting in 1A was just advised he's suppose to be in 14a.

Joe doesn't understand and keeps looking at his boarding pass, willing it to change.

Joe has just been moved by the FA to his seat, Joe still doesn't understand why this is happening to him.

Love it. Reminds me of some friends of my mother who (many years ago) were going on their first plane trip. The wife said to Mum that they wanted to get to the airport to board early so that could get a seat at the front of the plane, like boarding a bus.

Knock me over with a feather. Our bags came out 1 & 3!

Room last night was 808. Flight today was 808. Feel like we should buy a lottery ticket.

Oh goodie. Denali is flying and people watching again.

I find it amusing on flights where people whose boarding pass shows - row 23 as an example, glance at every single row - like the number magically jumps from 5 to 23.

That's the problem when you go from being Treasurer to just an Ambassador these days!

I have delivered hubby to the Melbourne Guitar Show. Now to amuse myself for a few hours.

Also was able to check into airport Parkroyal early so I dumped bags.

Nearly like it does on the A330 where it goes from 7 to 23. :)
Or the A380 where it goes from 5 to 48. The only saving benefit is that Y pax don't get to walk though F.

Yeah, was going to say this. And Thai and SQ both start at 11 on the A330 or on some planes with no J.
Then they jump to 23 magically.

Main thing at our house to hand out is booze and guitars. Lots of both.

Sadly, the guitars will be unappreciated and some are worth quite a lot now as they are rare/classic/older styles.

If they're not going to be appreciated I suggest offloading them beforehand to someone who will understand their significance, if not their value.

This is Philip. Philip is returning his car hire and is arguing with the attendant that as Melbourne Airport Corp does not have a petrol station on the returning side of the airport road, then he shouldn't have to pay for returning his car needing fuel.

Philip thinks berating a young person will work for him and he finally throws his keys inside the car and yells, Any charges on my card will be disputed so don't even f'ing try.

Philip isn't wrong about the lack of petrol station on the drive into the airport but Philip should just either drive around the block to the bp near the exit or suck it up. Yelling at the employee for doing their job correctly is not on.

Denali and Mr Denali left our contact details incase he complains to the manager.

BTW. We didn't fill up for the same reason and told the person it wasn't an issue/was expected because we're lazy.

Phillip will likely be charged around $2 a litre. Phillip needs to hire a GPS next time.
