I did like devon and tomato sauce sandwiches as a kid, but I think they're best left in the past :)

I used to love fried fritz sandwiches- don't know if I could do it now

I copped a dose of flu and dropped almost 5kgs over 2 weeks. So much for the flu shot this year. I should have had one in California but didn’t. My fat cells are disappointed at the moment.
I don't know what I had yesterday, but not something I want to have again. Had a half day with my children taking them to the movies. had a slightly runny nose for 2-3 days and been sneezing. Was on my way to work (at the local post office getting the mail), when on the way back to my car didn't know whether I was going to faint or vomit, or both. Made the executive decision to drive back home, have something to eat , having some pain relief and drink, before heading to bed. My body metabolises things rapidly, so after 3.5 hours sleep, was feeling better but completely wiped out, had a couple of hours up with the kids before going to bed again. This morning I just feel exhausted but operating at 75% capacity. APO Paracetamol/Codeine (500/30) are my friends.

Growing up, Sunday was bacon and eggs for breakfast day and that included luncheon being cooked (always had to put a cut in it to stop it curling up too much) and went well with tomato sauce!

Only thing I have used luncheon for in the last decade is as a high value treat for the dog at obedience training! He however much preferred sausage patties from Maccas!

Sounds not so pleasant WP. Glad you are on the mend. That feeling of faint/vomit is awful. Years ago, a kind elderly lady slammed my thumb in the door of a red rattler train when I was taking 40 Year 8 students on an excursion. I remember sitting down and having that feeling but mercifully managed to do neither. ;)
Lost the whole nail eventually and it was good value as students wanted to look at it. :)

Devon with tomato sauce on bread tastes pretty good had some for lunch about 1 year ago but a few staff have said its awful no good eating that stuff. For some reason it has gotten a bad wrap.

Devon sandwich with tomato sauce is delicious. Leaves that gourmet stuff for dead....

I once ate an entire wheel of camembert cheese... I would not recommend it.

I couldnt eat it for about 2yrs after that.

Liquis Embossed Large Suitcase Black | Hard Suitcase | Antler UK

Anyone have any ideas how to open this case when the handle is locked down - I was having some trouble with one of the buttons and sometimes had to manually push one in to get the handle open. Usually I could push down hard and it would open and now I can't get it to budge - Also any idea what I should expect from warranty - currently in Europe and not due home until Mid November

I remember the fad for deep fried Camembert in the 80's ... Crumbed before cooking & served with cranberry sauce ...
