Active Shooter at Vegas hotel concert. Footage being tweeted is horrifying.

A gunman opened fire Sunday night at a concert at a Las Vegas casino hotel, sending people fleeing as SWAT units searched for the attacker and the police investigated reports of shootings elsewhere in the city.

Reports said that the shooting happened at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. It was not immediately known how many people were injured

I have seen at least 4 bodies. Their were at least Two active shooters with fully automatic rifles, currently one dead and one reportedly holed up on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay. 20-40 dead at the moment and over 100 injured.

Yes they did. Hird was the 2000 winner, last year the 1999 winner presented it and the year before that it was the 1998 winner.

It’s weird that this is the first time I’ve heard of it and it wasn’t really promoted as the reasoning at the time.

Some reports now say 50 plus dead now, 200 plus injured. Stephen Paddock a 64 year old named as main suspect.

Looks like shooter was aiming for the chest.

It will be interesting what Trump and how other the US politicians handle this. Hopefully they finally grow a backbone.

Marilou Danley formerly of the GC.

Marilou Danley had been at the centre of a huge search after her roommate Stephen Paddock, 64, was suspected to have shot dead more than 50 people from the 32nd floor of a Las Vegas hotel.

The Australian reported tonight she held an Australian passport and was possibly of Indonesian descent.

Friends last night confirmed Danley had lived on the Gold Coast for more than a decade and was married to an Australian man – who had since died – before moving to the US about 20 years ago.
