Not too sure what your asking me? I will give it a guess. Earlier reports that there were two shooters, only one dead, whom I presume is Stephen Paddock and the lady is Marilou Danley. Cops still not sure if anymore.

The new payments platform or NPP is a $1 billion project to deliver real-time payments between customers of different banks, and the company to run the system says it will be rolled out to the public after Australia Day next year.

The long-running project has been scheduled to be launched this quarter, and despite industry chatter about some banks dragging the chain, chief executive of NPP Australia Adrian Lovney said the project was still running on time, as it would go "live" next month to a limited number of people.

In some US states those firearms aren’t illegal but do have a ‘process’ to get through. There is a push to get silencers made legal.
I don’t like twitter when it’s used to convey anything but facts. When something is happening nearby it’s good to find out sources of danger quickly. And this is a general comment not aimed at any ‘side’ as it’s used by all. IMO an unwanted enhancement.
