Let me go down to P2 parking level in my building and check out the Maserati there to compare.

I use to work for Wilson Parking, many times I disappointed drivers who would tell me about their very special cars and my care factor was basically zero because Im not a car person.

Had one guy that rented 2 x parking bays so he could park his lambo or ferrari in the middle of them and not have other cars ding his. I found him basically a 2 parking bay concrete bunker, he was very happy.

Also had a customer phone me one day and accuse us of "lowering the ceiling" because while going up a ramp in his new hummer (?), it scratched the roof.

Yes, over the weekend we lowered the ceiling on a 18 level car park.

I've been offered an ongoing position, which is pretty great. Only hoop to jump through is that my position has to be advertised and I have to go through the interview process. Guess I'm spending the weekend updating my resume.

The job is mine, however, legally, the position must be advertised. It's stupid, as it wastes everyone's time, especially those who see it and take the time to apply.

They did that in our car park by putting up a sign on chains that said ‘low ceiling’. No one had any issues with the previous low ceiling but several cars were scraped by the new warning sign. Dumb. The new BC managers thought they were being clever. Sign was removed

Just sent another parcel of hotel toiletries to Every Little Bit Helps. We stayed at the Sydney Shangrila earlier this week and hubby did not disappoint in helping me hoard/ask for extra goodies.

I didnt know that most shelters dont/cant afford to give out the basics like soap and a toothbrush, very sad.
