Also - sometimes if a friend emails me their itinerary google gets very carried away and puts it in my calendar

That happens to me at work as many people send their travel info through to me.

I hate NBN already. They’d better lay those pavers properly that they’ve just dug up

Ahhh, the NBN.

Forced to have it, pay more each month for it and every. single. day. it goes down approx noon for an hour plus random issues on any given evening that I have to turn on my mobile data.

We were sold a bag of dicks when it comes to the NBN.

Yep. And they seem to have struck next door neighbors water. Hopefully not sewer. What are those painted lines for again?

When my mum was forced to put the NBN box in the house, they installed it on the opposite side of the room from a power point - so she then had to run an extension cord across the room to it.

So she then had to pay for an electrician to come and install a new power point and her electricity bill went up about $3+ per month (nothing to her but to some pensioners it might be).

Yep, sold a bag of dicks.

85yr Mum in Laws LG fridge update! LG just phoned us and asked "has it been resolved yet?"

Bwhahahahaah - the LG fridge went back about FOUR weeks ago and replaced with a F&P! (which mum in law seriously loves).

And agent asks, "Going from this experience, would you recommend or buy LG again?"

Bwhahahaah. No was husbands response.

Back with groceries and now they have put a barrier across my driveway. Serves me right for not staying put. Lugged bags of groceries a few times from a car parked down the street. They seem to have stopped the leak. All five of them.

Ahhh! Booked BNE-AKL weekend trip last Thursday on QF (EK) and checked today and it's today $550 cheaper than what I paid!

Sheesh!

Ouch. Never check prices unless you can cheaply cancel. Happens with cruises. Clothing. Life.

I relate to your pain. This was our driveway last week.

Fortunately we have a vacant block next door where we parked for a couple of days.

This is our driveway now. A big improvement and will be really great in about 6 months if/when they finish the work.
