They’ve been working on this since well before Christmas.

Pretty house! I remember us coming home and finding similar and had to park our car 500mtrs away.

They started works a full day too early and brother in law (who works night shift) couldnt drive out of his driveway and had to get a lift to work.

Built in Gas Log Fires - any advice ? Currently looking at Heat and Glo I30 supreme at around $4K plus installation (1.2K), have read through some many reviews and just looking for some advice on models, suppliers and good after sales service as they all seem to have problems at some time. We have an existing open fireplace and sad to close it in but the cost of wood etc and chopping it and heaving it in is getting a bit much

"How likely are you to recommend x company based on your last interaction with them?".

Many surveys start with that question. Seriously? I don't do recommendations unless I've had exceptional service or someone asks and it won't be just based on last interaction but all interactions.

We dont have gas in our street :(

My mum has a 30yr old oil heater (regularly serviced). I dont know if its good for the environment or not but it does a fantastic job heating the house.

We’ve had one for maybe 15 years. Rinnai I think. Just one time when we had an issue but quickly fixed.

Has anyone used Poli - is it similar to Paypal?

I assumed it was a creative / fictional device and that of course he would know better... wouldn't he. o_O
not sure - he doesn't inspire me as a travel writer
The articles in that paper and website are for travellers 101. Not us.
That the writer describes themselves as a "Professional Traveler" in the article does not compute! 405!!

Ahhh! Booked BNE-AKL weekend trip last Thursday on QF (EK) and checked today and it's today $550 cheaper than what I paid!

Sheesh!

What's your batting average with this type of thing .... 80/20 your way?

Flights don't always increase in price.

I just missed booking SIN-SYD return for under SGD600 and booked it last week for SGD725 then Qantas announced another special for ~SGD538.
