Yeah I have the Xiaomi one and it's great. Still need to do a full vacc once a month or so.

The everybot mop though has me really impressed. Works really well just with warm water.
There's some prep work involved though like ensuring nothing in the way. Chairs are up on the table or spread out so it's not just legs under the dining table.

Yes cute but testing his boundaries everyday already!

Do they work on wooden floors - I have bamboo floors (look like wood) that I hate because they are a pain to keep clean

I have a Roomba. He doesn’t get used at all these days - knowing my luck he’d find something the geriatric kitty has left...oh and the dog gets very worried by it! Yet stands right beside me when the Dyson is out...

Was a weekend of cleaning here too. Nice to have it done but still - would have preferred to spend the time doing something else! I’m hanging out to get a cleaner but again...the dog! He wouldn’t be happy with someone coming in when no one was home.

My Bunnings is 2 storey (Alexandria) - and guarantee the one thing you need to dash in for is right at the back corner upstairs.

Bunnings double storey Castle Hill is arranged so the Mantoys are down on main level directly near entrance. The more feminine the further away. Just the opposite to most shopping centres.

I wasn't sadden by her death as some. I acknowledge the hardship that she lived, the crimes against her/black people and her actions were a result of living under apartheid but she's also an example that power corrupts.

Yeah I use it on both carpet upstairs and floors downstairs. The new model can climb 2cm for a rug. The old model is 1.5cm. really found the Xiaomi to be awesomely priced for the features and performance!

Xiaomi looks about $300-$400, that about right?

Thats reasonable, I thought they went for about $1K.

Yeah Xiaomi v1 which is just a vac should be around mid 300s, which is what I have. The recently released V2 is a mop and vac 2in1 and around high 500s. Keep a lookout on ozbargain for specials during eBay sales etc

I bought a separate mop so could run the vac upstairs and mop downstairs at the same time.

Do you know about using orange oil to disguise small (and some larger) scratches?

It’s not the scratches but it’s in my hallway and kitchen and it shows every mark which is really annoying but thanks for the info

You still have to know where the ball is going to be kicked? Unless you're psychic.
But that's nothing to do with Amaroo's original quote. Given the starting quote, we have no knowledge of how, what, or where the ball comes from. Just that one need to go where it will be, not where it is.
