Damien - did you score last night?
 No, unfortunately. :( SWMBO was in beautiful EMD last night.

Perhaps you were referring to those badly behaved NRL people? I stopped watching that code about 20 years ago. But they still keep me entertained each week with their off-field activities.
I stopped watching when Super League moved in. I still watch most Origin matches, but good ones are very rare now. I prefer real Rugby.

Sad to see the Soceroos lose this morning 2-0 to Brazil but they still have a good chance of making it through to the 2nd round.

On a positive note an Australian, Geoff Ogilvy, won the US Golf Open. It turned out to be a case of finding a way not to lose it rather than finding a way to try and win it. Bad luck Phil, hindsight would have seen you play it a little differently. By the way we do not want that course as our venue for AFF's inaugural golf challenge.

They never seem to have Macs in the NZ lounge. But somehow I keep forgetting I can nip across to the QF lounge to sample their Macs.
Actually the AKL QF J lounge did not have any MAC's the last few times I've been there.

Don't know about the F lounge; I have not been back to the LOTLWC since I became WP. :?
Ah well that makes me feel a bit better about forgetting.
Good News Kiwi Flyer, Mac's is Back at the AKL Int QP's!

Just sampling one now ...

Msg I keep getting...

Posting to get rid of this...

Hello QFTravel, it appears that you have not posted on our forums in several weeks, why not take a few moments to ask a question, help provide a solution or just engage in a conversation with another member in any one of our forums?

How many days of non activity before message is triggered?

QFTravel hadn't posted for 41 days, last post on 16th May.

Gee, I feel left out. I have never been loved enough to receive a message like that. You must be really special. Congratulations.

Well NM, as oz_mark said I don't think some people are at risk of ever seeing that message.

There is a wealth of knowledge on these boards which I know very little of. But I'm more of a forum lurker and reader rather than poster. The more I read the more I learn, the more I can post and offer other AFF members tips, tricks and advice.

And I have just learned something from your post. You won't get that silly error message again for at least 2 weeks. :p

Not really what I would call an "error message".

Yaah and it's still here. Is 5am too early?
5am in NZ is past Beer Oclock in many other parts of the world, so since its an international airline lounge your body clock could be in any timezone you choose.

There are so many off-topic topics now that this thread is being neglected regularly.

This thread may be on it's last legs unless someone can think of a revival strategy.

It's days may have been numbered once it ceased being an oxymoron and reached inherent stability

With this post #860 it could be a stuggle to get the remaining 140 (141 posts remaining if you go by # of replies in the threads in forum list) posts required to reach 1,000th posts. Almost 37,000 views though and by far the most viewed thread on AFF.

Surely there is not a "when will this thread get 1,000 replies" guessing game is there?
