So why didn't you tell me about the "replies" link before I filled an A4 page with tally marks and looking at all 100+ pages of responses .

Because you didn't ask? How else will I know what you don't know? You know you need to know that you don't know what you don't know in order to know to ask to know what you don't know. You know?

I don't think that is the case. The replies link gives a higher count for Lindsay Wilson for example.

And Mal also. But that may be a glitch in the software. Most posters have a higher post count on NM's list than on the list available to the non-moderators. A deleted post count of 8 for me on this thread would sound about right.

Admin could certainly share some light on this matter.

My list was done the old fashioned way - I looked through the 1000 posts and tallied up the posts against each user. So I cannot vouch for it being completely accurate as I was distracted many times during the laborious process. I would trust the software more than my manual process.

But it really does not make any difference. I think both tallies indicate the trend :shock: .

I had a search, and I have 17 posts in this thread which matches NM's tally.

The easiest way is to do an "Advanced search", by Username, where replies are over 900 messages, show the posts rather than threads and limit to this forum. That will give the tally and a display of all posts in this thread for the user.
