Medical Diversion to LAX then a stop in AKl for new crew due hours. I wonder what the PER-SIN customers on Tuesday thought of their domestic config aircraft?

A domestic A330 is suffice in Y. Theqantassource shows QF67 on the 2/6 as OGO...

A domestic A330 is better than an old 767 on SIN-PER that I got last year.

QF51 has switch to a 747 as a 747 has been pulled off the SYD-NRT runs which is replaced by a A330.

And some times it is handy to share stuff on the internet.

Since I became a broke unemployed uni-bum, I have discovered the world of online coupons. These have been quite awesome for restaurant deals in my home suburb of St Kilda.

Recently I picked one up that seemed an uber bargain - hair cut/colour (full head foils)/treatment and etcs at a St Kilda salon for $49. I'm booked in for tomorrow.

After purchasing the coupon and making the booking it occurred to me to google the place.

Every single review of the place has been one star with comments like:

"Worst haircut ever"
"Had to go to another salon to fix it up."
"Colour nothing like what I asked for."
etc etc etc

So no idea what I'm going to look like tomorrow.

I'm afraid. I'm very afraid. :shock:

I very often use Groupon and Wahanda here in the UK, 20 quid for a 1.5 hour treatment (massage & facial) is pretty good and I've not had any bad ones yet. A massage is pretty hard to muck up!

Don't remind me. That was around the time of the European ash cloud from memory, and the beloved A330-3's were pulled to provide capacity elsewhere. I also was none too please about that change.

Although the plane had the terrible IFE, it was a nice to see another AFF member on the flight, and the flight was rather smooth, pity though that my luggage miss-connected in Singapore and went to Melbourne. No I didn't get any extra miles for that. :-|

I spent over $160 in Coles/K-Mart/1st choice transactions today. Ok so I could have gone to Woolworths for the food but more walking, and no Big W where I shopped today.

already did it last week when I received my online details. Seems the website won’t lock you out if you do it early, and it’s better than the alternative… waiting for the website to crash come Tuesday.

I didn’t vote Jedi though, after giving it careful thought, my reason being that I’d much rather a secular Australia than an abundance of christianity or islam, however I’ve since learned that marking Jedi or Pastafarian results in you being officially recorded as not defined. Which serves no purpose.

An AFF-er I spoke to said they were going to choose muslim for the heck of it. So good to see it’s being taken seriously.
