Probably low (I think the first refits were deployed on the Trans-Pacific). But, it's still better than Y. Yes, even better than a 4-seater lay-flat
You did quite well getting that upgrade! Maybe it's not that popular a route for upgrades... or not the right season...
That's why I deliberately flew via FRA instead of direct to LHR (why fly direct, when you can connect...) as QF5 is often a quieter flight so better chances.. the extra 10 SC doesn't hurt, too![]()

Saw a sign in Sydney over the weekend that indicated an Amazon recruitment networking function was being held.
Looks like the rumours that Amazon are wanting to set up an Australian website / base is likely to occur.
Can't be good! I suspect AZ are looking to get in on the Oz closed shop gravy train.

- UNLESS, Amazon doesn't intend on opening up a warehouse/ fulfilment centre for Australia, but are only concentrating on their cloud services. A perusal on the Amazon Jobs site shows lots of AWS related jobs, but nothing else.

... yeah. The Australian retail "tax" will apply, I am sure! Although, you can already shop at Amazon (EU) or Amazon (US) from the UK and get them to ship (IIRC), so I still expect we will have the opportunity to use other Amazon websites. At least it *should* reduce shipping costs and improve the range of products we can by from Amazon.
