I found this while searching for a status run. While researching a hotel for the turn around I found a hotel that listed "within easy reach of city hospitals" as a feature. :shock: Reassuring!

Got an email from Expert Flyer today saying that effective 05 June 2012 AA will no longer allow E/F to display the upgrade award inventory classes of X & R classes. I set up a new thread in the E/F forum regarding same.

Not sure if this will adversely affect our FT & AFF AAvantage members with their award travel.

Note these classes were only available on E/F within 24 hours of a flight.

It would affect AA Gold and Plat who could espy X/R class and intercept those upgrades before being allocated according to priority - thereby guzumping EXP's.

The main other issue it with any elite who could san the loads and do a 'free' flight chane on the day of travel to a flight with X/R availability.

Congratulations, we had a shorter length of time thanks to a little ministerial intervention

Yeah, Bris is a small place at times. I had lunch there probably an hour before you (based on the time of your post). I've also run into one AFF'er while having lunch at Macarthurs and others around the place. All fun.

Must practice my Kangaroo PJ wearing. Would slippers, thongs, barefoot or covered shoes be the most appropriate?
