It seems this thread has just about reached the level of inherent stability.

After walking a razor edge of being somewhere between ONT and OFFT with each and every new post, it has now reached an equilibrium since most posts will now be ON Topic to at least one post within the thread and at the same time be OFF Topic to at least one other.
