Was OOL/BNE last weekend!! How sad, stuck in my hotel on a Saturday night...! My other mates I'm catching up with isn't till tomorrow, damnit :evil:

No joke here mate; tickets (air and ground) booked a month ago.

The best part is that unlike other years (Like I've been to the last 4) when I had to stay the night in Sydley is that the game starts at 5pm so no issue catching the last (10:20pm) flight home to MEL.

I would not be surprised if the result is reversed this year. The Sea Eagles have been playing exciting football while the Storm has been struggling and it is not going to be easy without their captain.

Regardless I hope you put something on the double earlier in the year....

When I moved to Melbourne, I got told a lot about how Victorians found Eagles supporters arrogant. I struggle to see they are anymore arrogant than Geelong supporters.

The word here today is that arrogance (or overconfidence) may have cost the Cats yesterday - their coach even implied this.
