A83 showing good value. 140 SC for 18500 pts on the promo deal
Unfortunately this one has shot up in price! A pity because I spent ages deliberating over it at the weekend. :(

A16 is also way up.

And A75/A76.....

After my last few rubbish flights with VA i must be a sucker asking for this access but what the hell....PM Sent!

Is it me or you can't fly A68 anymore? Doesn't seem to be showing up on any dates I put in.

Hi,
I was just wondering what you guys thought would be the least amount of points you should have to do a run?

Thanks, Ben

I did a quick check & No it cant be done before June 30 . You would either have to overnight at A65 destination & return next day, or do a direct home for half the SC's of A66 , or do 2 positioning flights and do A65 & A66 separately.

Ok so A65/A66 not possible in one day? I've tried a few combos but can't seem to make it happen.

If your talking a J status run , Based on the current 15% discount to do a return SC run to maximise your SC return , your probably going to need around 36000 points for run EX MEL

Thanks for replying, I will have to just save points for now as I'm only on about 7,200, is it worth doing a run with cash yet? I'm 120 sc from silver.

I would suggest saving more points, you could do a cash run to OOL and back if you really wanted via ADL for $196 in Y which will net you 50SC. The return would be the same and each SC would be worth around 3.92. 100 SC for $400.

Maybe have a look at VA's website and try to maximise ways to earn points...insurance.....eating out....eBay.

I've come to the same conclusion, having only slightly more points (and around 50k QFF points which don't interest me much). Going to jump on a few offers and cross my fingers that they'll post soon enough for me to use on the SC promotion.

I have PM'ed a few times but not had a reply - if I am not allowed to have access thats fine but please just reply and say so....:(

Same here, have yet to get a reply to my PM
lobo76 is looking after this and if he is offline for a while (due to having a life etc!;)) then it may take a while to get a reply. I am sure he will get to you when he can. He hasn't posted in a week or so, so it is likely that he is not monitoring the site at the mo'.
