To be brutally honest I don’t think it’s worth the money. If you don’t retain Platinum you’ll still “soft land” to Gold with many of the same benefits, and you won’t have forked out thousands of dollars. You can then focus on re-attaining Platinum when you start flying more again.Would be keen to hear some status run suggestions on obtaining 730 status credits by Dec 17 to retain Platinum. I haven't had much opportunity for travel this year so I have some catch up to do. I'm Perth based. TIA.
