The view from my "office"

Yesterday’s hotel view - superb at night too.
I hate to think what you're paying this week. Two weeks ago, out of curiosity I checked a few Sydney hotel rates to get a feel for how many peeps did end up booking to come in for SWP. I nearly fell of my chair. No much change for $1k pn at many places that would otherwise be c$200 pn.
In my case, I noticed it on the virtual BP in the app after I checked in online.

Having come off the D>I transfer, it was a hard left at the top of the stairs. Follow signs for “Business and First”.
Sorry, SYD "Express Path" proper is back in action? Fantastic. I don't recall anyone else mentioning that recently.

Does this mean express path is digital and no longer like a boarding pass style card

I've still got a few of these because they didn't collect them when I went through Express Path🤣

Is the old "Express" sign posting back?

Until recently it was just First/Business priority departure lane.
You have mistaken me for someone who pays attention 🤣.

I saw the logo on the virtual BP and after getting off the D>I transfer bus turned left at the top of the stairs… following the “Business/First” signage.

Ah, so it’s still only “premium” PAX. Still no express path for WPs travelling in whY…😔

The “Express” on your BP presumably was there curtesy of a J seat not status.

It wasn't cheap - $3K for the two nights but it was SIL's 70th and as she is the only sibling left it was part of the gift - flights MEL-SYD, accommodation and opera. We also went to Opera after Dark, a special Pride performance after La Boheme. She had a wonderful time so it was worth it (but wouldn't do it tooooo often). A one bedroom was much cheaper but felt we couldn't really expect her to sleep on a sofa bed. ;) It still would have been over $2K for two hotel rooms for 2 nights so suppose not too bad. Pullman did a bottle of bubbly and cake for her birthday which she loved as well.
