0115am. Customer in front of me arguing with checkin. I noticed the self checkin kiosk amd went to use that. As soon as I did that another front of house checkin person came out to assist. Queue behind me at least 10 deep.

Impromptu, last minute day trip to SYD. No reward seats available on QF or VA, so Murrays it is … I got seat 4B, which ain’t the bulkhead I was expecting

Shadow did not stay I wasn’t expecting it anyways, as it was a last minute booking - the website showed 5 or less seats available on the Flex fare.

You got the good bus! We came down yesterday - full bus and one of the older ones. Much less leg room and no tray table.

Guess ours was the dash 8 of Murray’s

We were at the Swissotel as needed to be in the area. Been a while since we were here and it has gone off to what it used to be. Going back to the usual haunts in future.

SYD-CBR Link Saab 340 office. Selected 1B when booking. 1C was not allocated until boarding and 1A was blocked. But there is someone on 1C … #ShadowDidNotStick

Also, PB not enforced for this flight … not that it’s a biggie, the flight is half empty anyways … all female crew in the flight deck today




The FA was very funny … he explained the safety evac procedure to myself and 1C and told us that he’d quiz us later and if we got it incorrect, we need to come back for the next briefing
