The view from my "office"

Yesterday's office, briefly. In Transnistria, but over that little mound running along side the road, it's Ukraine. I would have dearly loved to have gotten out of the car and rubbed my shoes in the dirt, but we were late and the others weren't keen!!

The 40 storey Umeda Sky Building in Osaka. I looked skywards as I went up the outside lift to the 35th floor. I shakily side stepped on the skywalk to take a photograph of the escalators below, my arm outstretched to touch the pillars so I knew I wouldn’t fall in! But it was definitely worth it.

And this is a Ki 55 Tachikawa trainer bought from Japan in 1942. Seems the 2 Governments were fairly close. Only 2 of these planes still exist.
