I was the view from someone else’s office a few minutes ago.

Visiting some distant relatives who were having a spa bath when we arrived after trudging through the snow. Didn't even get an invite to join them.

I believe this breed is called the Australian Shepherd.

or a liver border collie with docked tail perhaps

Then saw an Australian cattle dog, missing a tail, but this one came from the states, followed by the oldest grape vine in the world.

I asked her and she said it was a cattle dog, wouldn’t keep still enough to get a decent photo.

No it’s actually flying over the western part of FNQ. Amazing seeing it so green.










So if anyone wants to see a full Lake Eyre you should go in 2 - 3 months.

They’re very impressive. Years ago, we stayed at the hotel within the park. You could just wander back and forth to view the falls at your leisure.

Down in Melbourne for a long weekend of catching up with family, a show etc. Last night while having an after dinner drinks at the rooftop bar at the Pullman, we spied another roof top bar close by. After a quick bit of exploring, we found it.

Yes, hotel Das Cataratas. Amazing falls and wonderful hotel. Loved it.

So different to Victoria Falls. Each spectacular in different ways.
