Yes, in J from DOH. A long story but a 9:40pm departure ended up a 2:45am departure (5am local arrival) so the J wasn't shown at its best! The return in a few days will hopefully show the product off better.

No to the Lounge :evil: and therefore to the Krug. The whole thing was a bit of a rolling cough-up, which I'll recount in a post to Open Discussion. Mind you, I'm much mollified now, after spending the day in this office:

Wow the Shangri la looks fantastic. We have just booked a few days in Muscat instead of Dubai for our stopover next year. Will look at hotels when we return from this trip.
