But I am eating these in Coffin Bay.And as for terroir you also have Cowell,Douglas Bay,Boston Bay,Streaky bay and many more places with different growing conditions all here on the Eyre Peninsula.So I stand by my Position.
And I can get unshucked Coffin Bay oysters at the oyster distributor less than 1km from my home on the Sunshine Coast as well as Sydney rock oysters and Tasmanian Pacifics.
A little OT but I have eaten oysters all over the World and the best have come from Welcome Page
You can watch them shuck your Coffin Bay or oyster of choice while you wait. My personal preference is Coffin Bay and they are just euphoric with a glass of chilled white wine.
