A mate and I returned last week from a rather exhausting 4 day trip to Ireland (with a stopover each way in Singapore), to surprise another mate for his 40th birthday. Once in Ireland, we stopped first at Kilkenny for the big reveal on night one, and then spent the rest of the time with them and their family at a place called Inchydoney, near Clonakilty, West Cork, on the south coast (home of Michael Collins). A lovely part of the world!

Here's some shots from the great Airbnb find that we stayed in, next to the resort where the rest of the group were, plus a couple of pics from nearby Clonakilty town/village:
