I have no idea... a restaurant that offers/d this type of meal in the HBT area called it Hot Pot and when I bought one of the split saucepans and some of the soup/stock base they refer to it as a Hot Pot. Much the same as a steam boat

I guess that's the Western version.

Shabushi. Thai BBQ. My fiancee loves them. All you can eat and cheap.

I love the first 2 much I had to get another 2 coughtails for $6.



This last one was the Long Island Tea. Supposed to be 2 parts alcohol? I couldn't taste anything else.



My favourites were the Singapore sling and the long island tea. May go back again next trip for Shabushi and coughtails.

Yesterday's office was the Surfers Paradise SLSC - upstairs shot from the balcony.



An amazing array of photos and names of well known lifesavers in the clubhouse. A lovely way to spend an extra 15 mins after my event going through the collection.
