To left and out of shot, people were ordering food and drinks. To the right is the premium lounge looking out over Gran Via. I realised afterwards that I could have got on in off the back of my lounghaul IB flight into MAD. Otherwise, looks like free access for IB status members - not sure if you need to reserve in advance.

I was amazed at how beautiful it was inside. The sun streaming through those beautiful colourful stained glass windows was spectacular!
