Tigerair Australia Delays/Cancellations

Wednesday 2 January 2018 finds TT243 (1305 hours SYD - MEL that was airborne at 1523 with A320 VH-XUG) arriving at 1642, 122 late. TT252, the next flight, is the 1530 hours mid afternoon MEL - SYD that took off at 1751 for a suggested arrival at 1901 hours, 126 late. Note that it has failed to pick up any time subsequent to TT243's flight.

The 1435 hours mid afternoon TT563 from OOL to MEL has B738 VH-VUD, taking off at 1553. Arrival should be at 1847, 52 late.

A320 VH-XUH is on TT471 (1720 hours MEL across to ADL airborne at 1847) with estimated arrival at 1929, 74 minutes behind schedule.

TT464 (Friiday 4 January 2019, the 1500 hours ADL - MEL that took off at 1518, only a few minutes late with A320 VH-XUH) was delayed by windy conditions in MEL and arrived at 1730, 40 late.
 
On Saturday 5 January 2019, storms hit at SYD at around 1715 hours with TT621, the 1530 hours mid afternoon OOL down to SYD (A320 VH-VNC) already running late as it did not take off until 1749. Arrival should be at about 1955 providing it is able to land.

Tt642 (A320 VH-VNO, the 1720 hours ADL across to SYD airborne at 1839) is arriving at a suggested 2046 hours, 66 late.

On Monday 7 January 2019, TT8607 (A320 VH-VND) took off at 0821 and looks to be an empty ('ferry') flight positioning from OOL down to SYD with arrival at around 1030 hours.
 
Later on 7 January, TT593 (B738 VH-VUB, the 1815 hours CNS down to MEL airborne at 1913) looks to be arriving at about 2314, 34 late.
 
TT502, the 1515 hours mid afternoon Thursday 10 January 2019 HBA up to MEL was in the sky at 1624 with A320 VH-XUG. MEL arrival should be at 1736, 61 minutes tardy.

B738 VH-VUB on the 1825 hours MEL up to SYD, Tt264, was yet to depart by 1904 so is loikely to be at least 40 minutes late arriving. Timetable says it should be at its SYD ramp spot at 1950 hours.

UPDATE: TT264 took off from MEL at 1916 hours, about 36 late.

TT272 on Friday 11 January 2019 is arriving in SYD to rain at 2137 hours, 32 late as the 1940 hours MEL - SYD that took off at 2034 with B738 VH-VOY.
 
Sunday 13 January 2019 sees TT642 (1720 ADL across to SYD in the sky at 1833 with A320 VH-VNC likely to arrive an even hour late at 2040 this evening.
 
Due to what turned out to be a false fire alarm at MEL ATC and consequent eventual need to evacuate the tower, Melbourne Airport closed to inbound flights for about half an hour from 0930 to 1000 on Monday 14 Jnauary.

TT222 to SYD, the 0935 hours, took off at 1035 so arrival will be at least 50 minutes late for A320 VH-XUH.
 
Later on 14 January 2019, TT517 from BNE down to MEL, the 0855 hours airborne at 0952 is arriving at 1251, 31 late with A320 VH-VNB.

B738 VH-VUD on northbound TT228, the 1105 hoyrs midmorning MEL up to SYD in the sky at 1219 is worse with suggested arrival 69 late at 1329.

A320 VH-XUH on TT637, the 1140 hours late morning SYD across to ADL took off at 1236. Consequently, arrival should be 1356, 36 late.
 
TT354 (early morning Tuesday 15 January 0705 hours SYD - BNE airborne at 0757 with A320 VH-XUG) should arrive at 0811, 36 late.
 
Also on 15 January, TT562 (B738 VH-VUD, the 1300 hours lunchtime MEL - OOL in the sky at 1343) is set for arrival at 1436, 31 minutes late.
 
A320 VH-VNK on Wednesday 16 January's TT517 (0855 hours BNE down to MEL) took off at 1109. Arrival should be at 1410 hours, 110 late.

Later, TT505, the 1815 hours MEL down to HBA is predicted to depart 35 late.

UPDATE: A320 VH-VUH on TT641 (mid afternoon 1510 hours SYD across to ADL) was in the sky at 1759, so arrival should be 1913 hours, 143 late.

The 1100 MEL - CBR TT665 on Thursday 17 January (A320 VH-VNK) took off at 1231 hours, so arrival has become 1314, 64 late.

B738 VH-VUD is on TT243, the 1305 hours lunchtime SYD down to MEL in the air at 1353. Expected arrival is 1526 hours, 46 late. This aircraft looks to have had a missed approach from the north but is subsequently landing on runway 27.

As at 1545 hours on Thursday 17 January, MEL appears to be down to single runway ops (27) due to storms. It isn't creating major delays yet but may if it continues.
 
Passengers on TT522 from MEL to BNE, the 19 January 2019 departure due off blocks at 1130 hours may not be in meltdown but they wouldn't be happy campers as takeoff for A320 VH-VNF was at 1629 this afternoon. Consequently, expected arrival has become 1725 hours, 280 minutes tardy.

TT373 from BNE to SYD is not as badly affected with A320 VH-XUG likely to be at its destination on the ramp at about 1736, 36 minutes behind schedule.
 
Later on Friday 18 January 2019, TT668b from CBR down to MEL, the 1615 hours, took off at 1752 so arrival for B738 VH-VUD is predicted as 1846, 81 late.
 
Late evening on Friday 18 January 2019, TT387, the 1905 hours BNE down to SYD (A320 VH-XUG) that took off about 20 late at 1940 hours appears to have had two missed approaches. Arrival should be at 2234, 54 late.
