Tried to Add flights to QFF oneworld award, Airline Segments Lost

If you can see them in award availability then they can be added back. Reinstatement requests do not ever come through. Hang up and call again.
Yep calling them again now.. fingers crossed! Thanks Mr H for your prompt responses. I really appreciate it.
 
Looks like she did the reinstatement request and now the flights are back on my itinerary but no e tickets been issued for those flights.

Ok, so that was not a reinstatement request. Now insist that it be ticketed immediately with you hanging on the phone. As before, if they say no or fob you off, hang up and call again. Tell them that MH flights get auto canceled within a couple of hours if not ticketed and it has already happened today. Good luck 🍀
 
An agent can add a flight manually even if there is no availability. But they can't get it ticketed.. so no point pushing ticketing if there's no availability.
They have done this for me because of an involuntary flight change. The agent added a flight to my PNR to forward it to the oneworld desk to see if the airline will accept or reject my request.
Which flight are they saying there is no availability?
Could it be a ghost reward on the Qantas website?
There’s a difference here between a ‘confirmed’ and ‘on request’ seat when these are being sent to the oneworld desk.

If we can see availability there’s no reason for an ‘on request’ seat to be in a booking.

Agree. Sounds like the agent might have written down the flights and gone to seek advice from a colleague! A reinstatement request is unlikely to be that quick.

It's really hard to get through the call centre now. I was waiting for half an hour and then got hung up.. now waiting time is 1 hour.. There is no chance for me to call hobart?
 
If anyone could provide me with the hobart call centre number, it'd be greatly appreciated. My honeymoon trip is now ruined. I'm trying to save it. Please.
 
As far as I am aware there is no published number for the Hobart CC, whatever number you call to contact QF be it the general number or the P1 number the IVR will always route you to a CC based on your status.

(but yes those taxes and charges etc for 10 secotrs with all those airports and airlines etrc do sound about right unfortunately. :(

They do if it was originally ticketed. If it was not originally ticketed, then no, QR are quite strict about this.
Yes it was originally ticketed. Maybe that's why they went back in into my itinerary quickly. Still on the phone trying to reticket the whole thing.. I think the trick is it has to be done quick cuz of MH. But they don't do things fast, that's one of the problems.
 
Latest update is the agent said that the etickets will be issued within the next 24 hours. I did stress that it needs to ticketed immediately, however she said there is nothing she can do until she gets put through to the ticketing department. I did tell her to make sure that there are 10 flights in the eticket. I don't know what else I can do.

I understand.. But when I read the OP had so many agents saying they can't see it, I was wondering maybe it is phantom availability.. unfortunately it's not and QF just can't get their !@#$ together..
 
Hi guys, I have just received my etickets for all my flights. However, I noticed that there is a total payable amount of AUD$4,726. I did tell the agent that I have already paid all my taxes and fees. She said there is no amount owing. Do you guys know anything about this? I've looked at my previous e tickets pdf and I don't see this amount written on them.

Just guessing here, but in manage my booking, is the booking class for all flights a classic reward booking class?
