Tried to Add flights to QFF oneworld award, Airline Segments Lost

Hi guys, I have just received my etickets for all my flights. However, I noticed that there is a total payable amount of AUD$4,726. I did tell the agent that I have already paid all my taxes and fees. She said there is no amount owing. Do you guys know anything about this? I've looked at my previous e tickets pdf and I don't see this amount written on them.
Please check on Check My Trip that all the flights are there and have ticket numbers. The Qantas website and their emails are unreliable.

Yep all flights have ticket number on Check My Trip, however under passenger details, it's only showing me. But I managed to book seats for my partner as well.

It’sa long time since I booked two pax on a PNR so I can’t remember how it is supposed to look on CMT. Hopefully someone else will be able to confirm.

CMT only showed me and not the wife on our OWA flights, that we returned from a week ago.

I've booked two passengers with different surnames on a PNR. Only ever showed one passenger for me. Trying to add the second person didn't work.

Not sure how it works if the surname are different.
 
If you use the Royal Jordanian web site it will show all passengers within the PNR. CMT only shows the passenger info that matches the account.

Yea, I tried it with Cathay and Malaysian airlines websites as well. Seems to be showing all passengers information :)
 
I'm actually trying to add a MH and UL flight to my booking now. QF keeps having ticketing issues and I have noticed the MH flight keeps dropping off with hours but the UL stays on.
It dropped twice on my already and on the phone with QF again now.

You are brave - the MH flights do not always go back into availability. I lost my MH flights in my recently completed OWA, and lost them in my forthcoming one.

The airlines that seem most problematic are MH (the most problematic, vanishing within a few hours), QR and AT (usually takes a day or more for them to disappear). QR, of course, will not go back to availability for QF tickets since QR flights are no longer available using QF points.

Unfortunately it is the only routing I can take at the moment. Since I'm only a bronze member and can't see QF availability that far out.
 
MH is a total pain!

They cancelled a fight on me before last trip and rescheduled me to a 5min connection time flight. That's not a typo 5min to get from one international flight to another.

When I complained, MH moved me to 24hour transit time. When looked at the schedules they had one with a 6 hours connection time, which after some badgering Qantas managed to me get ticketed on.
 
I've been threw quite a few airports and train stations in the post covid era and KUL was by far the dirtiest and most disgusting airport I've visited. Including the MH lounge. In fact the seats in MH J were also filthy. Sometimes they're the only option for a redemption but I won't be going back unless totally and absolutely necessary...
Mostly I have been through KLIA2 and have no complaints. I like the Tune airport hotel, easily walkable from the terminal, and there’s a great landside food court that has (had?) an outlet that did asam laksa.

yea thats what happened to mine as well except 6 out of 10 of my flights are MH flights and some were ticketed off and they were all dropped. I had to tell them to ticket them immediately because of the MH flights. Hopefully you can get yours sorted too.
 
Do you guys know what to do if MH decided to cancel some of my OWA flights? Does the replacement still have to be a classic reward flight or Qantas will just compensate with any available flight?

Unless you strike it lucky, you won’t get offered anything. Choice of take the sector with other available award flights, drop the sector and fly revenue, or refund the entire itinerary.

Oh I see.. what if you have already started your OWA journey, is it still okay to take up or drop a segment in the case of airlines cancelling your flight?

Then you would need to call Qantas and see. It has never happened to me, but my understanding is that once you have started travelling, you cannot change things for change of mind, but you have a lot more support if airline schedule changes leave you in the lurch. It is not a 100% cast iron guarantee and you can find examples of people who have not been helped, but assume you will be looked after.

How much is your taxes? Did you see 2 separate transactions on ur bank app? If it was paid by credit card, then it should be 2 authorisations. Hopefully 1 gets cancelled.
