Hi dairyfloss. My TK number seems to stick fine when entered on the SQ website, and miles even post very quickly (~24 hours). Double check during check-in to be certain. I've always used the KrisFlyer lounges at Changi when travelling on SQ.Hi All - this may have been covered somewhere in the thread, but I didn't find it in fair review... wondering if anyone has any experience with their [acquired] TK Elite status showing on other *A carrier boarding passes when they are printed? Not yet having received my TK kit (I was matched in late Nov-13), I have added my TK FF# to an upcoming SQ booking, and am wondering whether I will also need to carry other evidence of the status from TK to redeem *A benefits?
Also... using the *A Lounge Finder on their website, it suggests that the TG lounge at Changi T1 would be the lounge to go to for TK Elite Card holders flying on SQ. This is fine, except I am departing from T2 on this flight. Do you think they would let me into the SQ KrisFlyer Gold lounge in T2 as well? Any other tips on *A lounges in Changi appreciated. I've only held QF/OW status before now!
Cheers.
Once in a while you have to scan and upload the boarding pass on the Claim Missing Miles page. Make sure you have the email notification for miles posted turned on, that way you know when they DO post.I attached my TK number to my AirNZ PPT-AKL flight which granted me lounge access in PPT.
However can't say I've seen any miles post to my TK account.
You can print a card from the right side of Your Account page. They are not good with email but seem to respond to the Contact Us page. Sometimes it won't work in English and you have to use the Turkish page.Hopefully that will work ok... I have upcoming NZ and LH flights but no card received as yet. Turkish haven't answered my email either.
TK have dropped off their service levels a bit of late. It seems now you not only have to earn the status match, but also the ability to use it!You can print a card from the right side of Your Account page. Can't find the card print option now, but the statement idea (from the online link in your account) will work as your status is across the top in big letters with your membership number just below. Thanks all! Looks like I should be fine on all fronts. I'll try and find the card print option, or just grab a statement with the current status to take with me... just in case.

In My Account, go to Mile on the left side, click that and 5 options appear below. The last one is Statement. Click on that and your latest statement will pop up.I must be going blind... I can't find the link to print a statement! Can a more intelligent person guide me please
My email copies come monthly. Might be activity based though.Thanks. I feel less stupid now! There's no statement option there so maybe one hasn't been produced yet. How frequent are the statements? If it's quarterly based on sign up date I potentially haven't gotten one yet.
My email statements are also monthly - I have not had any activity for ages and they still come.My email copies come monthly. Might be activity based though.
Try 1800 750 849 (supposedly for redemptions but they might transfer you)Thanks. I might give them a call tomorrow. My first activity will be my fist NZ flight so I was hoping for a card or at least statement by then. If there's no activity at all then maybe nothing comes.
Yes, Elite is * Gold (and a gold card). Then there's Elite Plus, but the extra perks seem to be only with TK.Give it a try. Let us know if you beat them! Elite seems to be as high as they go though. Stills works out as Star Gold
