TV series discussion {'ware Spoiler Alert}

They do walk very slowly! I wish they would wrap this storyline up in the first couple eps in S08 and get back to the political intrigue, backstabbing an fighting over the throne, even if the throne does get blown up by wildfire or dragon fire at the end (Dany's vision, S02).

Or those unexpected murders!

So as this is the end of series 7....
Are the white walkers going to attack in spring of new series.... They seem to be taking their time to reach this wall!!!!

One would guess that what will be a key part of the final season is the battle between the living and the whitewalkers/dead.

That and Cersei getting her comeuppance....unless GRR has her winning!

Yes but tend to agree. The series has been fabulous and has changed the whole concept and production values of a TV series as we know it. But now it's getting a little annoying to stretch it out...

The wall allegedly has some magic to keep out Walkers. Some think the Night King's plan was to capture a dragon to maybe use against the wall.

Shetland on ABC is the one that was on Netflix so have already seen it :(
I quite liked the scenery (though most of the series was filmed further south) and of course the accents.

Made an effort to watch The Mist...gave up as it was not my cup of tea at all.

Watched episode one of Atypical last night (netflix). To anyone that has familiarity with ASD, it's worth a watch. Closer than most portrayals to date (in ep 1, at least).

What can I say. I mentioned my GoT theory to my younger son last year and the last 2 episodes made that happen. Nothing to do with Jon Snow btw.

I don't want to spoil for people who watch it in the evening but Lena Heady deserves an Emmy for sure!

I am a bit disappointing with Alt-Shift-X this year. I think since the Show has departed the Book his theories have become reliant on reddit theories.

Ozzy man reviews have been more entertaining.

Also The Harpy is another good reviewer.

I'm going to miss LF, I think he did run out of storyline but I hated that he was reduced to begging at the end. I hope Arya takes his face so at least Aiden can come back for an ep or 2 next season. I hope Cersei has her baby before she (probably) gets killed next year. Arya could find out that Jaime pushed Bran out the window, kill him, take his face and use it to access Cersei. They all but put up neon signs that Dany & Jon would have a baby and these two babies could be a spin off series set 20 years in the future. I hope we don't have to wait until 2019 as some people are saying.

As people would know the fate of LF then there's no point in taking his face. The actor also appears in Arthur (as in King Arthur).

The GoT actors suggesting Dany and Jon romance will not end well. George RR Martin did say the ending will be 'bittersweet'.
