There's really nothing to see in the other thread. Everyone is being very considerate of those who are not up to speed.

Re: The totally off-topic thread

I'm guessing someone died.

(Have never seen an episode so just going on what apparently usually happens according to these types of threads.)

That's akin to saying someone in "Sex in The City" has sex.

Re: The totally off-topic thread

The series on " Marco Polo " is quite interesting. Not what I expected at all. Pretty full on...

Re: The totally off-topic thread

SBS RockWiz in Saturday night with TV connected to hifi is a marvel. One of best shows on Australian TV! Brilliant. Go Julia!

Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh no.

GoT season finale - not happy Jan  :(

But I guess that's what keeps us all coming back to it.

Lots of theories abound. One I am counting on. Why did the witch return to the wall? Does Bron have a spare antidote? How deep is the snow drift?

Given D&D's past form, things will happen because... reasons... And I say reasons because they are really, really cr*p at the supernatural stuff, and explaining why thigs happen. There are lots (and lots) of plot lines that have been royally screwed up. Even the combined efforts of the QF and VA IT teams could screw stuff up this badly.

When I have to explain why to family and people at work there is celarly something wrong. I think the next few seasons are going to fall a bit flat.

Medhead, I dont remember anything about a threesome in Orange S2, can you elaborate, I'm about to start S3.

I've decided they've given up on the supernatural stuff. SWMBO tells me there is supposed to be a spirit going around killing people - nada in the show.

As for the end of this season, there are a couple of options, the red witch, or Sam's apparent healing ability (Nb the comment about his quick recovery from being bashed) but I lost track of whether Sam was still there.

Another comment about the whole Sansa situation. People were so upset about that, but no comment at all about Arya? She belongs on one of those tv shows like "teens go wild". She's out there killing people and cutting off their faces.

When Pipper's fiancé and best friend confront the best friend's husband about their relationship. They say 'we've got something to tell you'. He replies 'you want to have a threesome, I'm totally into that' (to paraphrase). It's just wrong, I maintain that no australian man would agree to such an arrangement involving 2 men.

Who says it was just one (of the favourites) - NOTE: I haven't seen Series 5 yet, just reading into comments on FB from friends who have seen it.

Hmm, sounds interesting. I think Sansa changed as soon as she saw Little Finger push her aunt through the "hole" (can't remember what it was called). As for Arya, well she does have that list to get through....

I've been avoiding this thread the past two days but having seen the GoT finale last night I can breathe more easily. Ah the speculation! Almost anyone who looks dead may not be dead. Unless you see their head separated from their shoulders and neck then they just might be alive!

Now I can go back to the books but apparently they now diverge quite widely. You wonder if they are going to end up in the same place.

Now what's on?

The TV series has caught up with the books now. Divergent in some ways but similar in others.
