Would be interesting to see similar figures for the Obama election where many more blacks came out to vote.
Many of them stayed away for the Trump election. Biden and Harris, the virus mishandling by trump and BLM may inspire a higher black vote to return.

Here’s a starting place for 2008 - in fact it lists results since 2000
Is The Electoral Map Changing?
With President Trump and Joe Biden on the ballot, will Iowa or Ohio move further right in 2020? Will Georgia and Texas move further left? We looked at how much more Republican or Democratic 16 swing states have been relative to the country since 2000.projects.fivethirtyeight.com
What I took from it is that Trump needs uneducated non-urban whites to come out in force for the election
Thanks for posting that analysis. Very interesting. What I took from it is that Trump needs uneducated non-urban whites to come out in force for the election and hope that educated urban people of all races not bother/abstain from voting (which seemed to be what happened in 2016).
70% will outvote the 30% the iron rule of mathematics
Any idea how many with bachelor college degrees ? Vs so called “uneducated”?

70% will outvote the 30% the iron rule of mathematics
And if the 30% of the 70% are mostly in high population states that they win easily you won't need as much as 70% of the 30% to win the electoral college.Only an iron rule where it is compulsory to vote. If it’s not - and if 70% of the 30% choose to vote and 30% of the 70% choose to vote, it comes a very close contest, at 21% each with the remaining 58% choosing not to vote.
It is not just law and order but who is going to go against China and stand up for freedom against dictatorship... Using HK as an exampleSo it looks like the election lines have been drawn

I am not a trump or Biden supporter, but on this issue alone, I feel Trump is stronger in defending USA over China via the sanctions on China so far... but there are other issues affecting Americans nowDo you believe either of the candidates have a solid policy and process to deal with that? That's a question - seeking information.
I don't watch that close but it seems from the little I have observed; confused belligerent inconsistent/ineffective actions from one, the other one almost silent on the issue and proposals virtually opaque.
So do you feel China is a bigger threat or equal threat or lesser than Russia?I am not a trump or Biden supporter, but on this issue alone, I feel Trump is stronger in defending USA over China via the sanctions on China so far... but there are other issues affecting Americans now
My take away from the RNC is they have no policy platform, not even to try and fix things they have broken, as for wheeling out your own family geez.
The family constant “quoting” from Pres Lincoln on things that he never said.
