I have to pull the trigger to buy (or not) before I go to bed tonite![]()
Ditto - just about to submit my finance application to the Minister Of War & Finance… Based on her recent TG J experience thanks to Avianca Life Miles, I reckon I'm in with a good shot!
My dillema is that I only need to book flights using AA miles in early May 2014 (1 way Syd-Auh-Dub in J on EY which costs 75K AA miles). Currently, I and + 1 each have 250K US airway miles (which were bought at between 1-1.5 cents per mile) which are about to be converted to AA miles at 1:1. The question is when?Just make the executive decision!

Can someone put me out of my misery and TELL me whether i should buy AA miles with this current promo(s)??“It’s two complex organizations that need to be melded into one over time,” incoming CEO Doug Parker told the Associated Press. “That’s the biggest challenge by far.”
In a letter to employees, Parker said that customers will soon be able to earn and redeem rewards miles on both program. The US Airways program, Dividend Miles, will eventually be merged into American’s AAdvantage program.
