I think the consensus is that an auto or manual transfer of points for the three consecutive months means you'll only receive the bonus points in February
AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements
From one of the FAQs:Does anyone know if the manual transfer has to be from same card every month, or can be from different cards each month, to activate bonus? For example, manual transfer from ANZ month 1, Citi month 2, ANZ month 3.
I did receive an email from Velocity this morning congratulating me on making my second month transfer so it must have workedI've just transferred some from Amex and the points appeared in my Velocity account instantly but with a date of 31 October so I may have to repeat just in case

No different with many frequent flyer promotions. Merely, they tend to credit earlier than the T&C's.I hope that they don't structure this promotion like this ever again. The long lead time is ridiculous and unnecessary.

Which credit card? Best to check the full T&Cs for the specific credit card partner at the bottom of the FAQ page:Question: Once the January transfer has been done (and the velocity points landed), there is no issue in closing the credit card right?
