Velocity 20% bonus points on transfers offer - November 2023 to January 2024

Both me and my wife do not have the bonus either, we set up the auto transfers during the promo for the first time.

Posted, (4 x manual transfers from citi). Neat timing as redeemed a J bne-syd yesterday and now balance back to almost as it was (before the bonus cr).

Add: fyi never received any progress emails/confirmation emails/eligibility emails.

No bonus here. Has anyone who did the auto transfer option (that did not require 3 transfers) received the bonus yet?

I did auto transfer from anz And haven’t received bonus yet. I haven’t received any email confirming my eligibility either.

I had no emails for confirmation of eligibility but got bonus tonight. Only got bonus on Citi points though which were only transferred in one month of three. Other months were ANZ points but no bonus from those yet. All manual transfers.

Checked earlier today, no bonus. Checked now, there is a bonus (transferred manually 3x from ANZ - less than I thought it seems!)

My bonus points just landed too, I didn't receive a single acknowledgement or auto generated email from virgin the entire campaign.

Manually transfer from 1x ST GEORGE and 2x AMEX

I’ve received some bonus points but less than expected. I did manual transfers from ANZ and Citi, and auto transfers from ANZ. Hoping that different partners/methods will post at different times.

I haven’t fully done the maths but seems likely Citi manual transfer bonus has posted, but definitely not ANZ auto, and possibly not ANZ manual either.

My bonus points have posted but one of the cygnets hasn't. All his transfers were from Citi but the transfer from Citi on Jan 1 is showing up in his Velocity account as on Dec 31! Anyone else having a similar issue?

Yes my first transfer on November 1 was dated October 31 instead... Did he transfer early in the morning? And more importantly, did he receive the email confirmation from Citibank showing the actual transaction date?

I received my bonus late yesterday evening, but it corresponds only to the Dragon transfers that have posted to date. I made two at the start of the week and neither have arrived yet.

I manually transferred from ANZ in November, December and January, the 20% bonus for these transactions posted on the 2nd Feb.

Also turned on Automatic transfers from ANZ in early November and transfers occurred 1 Dec and 1 Jan, no bonus points for these transfers have hit my account yet. The T&C's indicates the bonus should be seen by 29th Feb 2024.

Seems in line with several posters above, and in my case the number of points transferred by the auto transfer was much higher than the manual transfers, so hoping the bonus is forthcoming soon. Will turn off auto transfers as soon as I sight the bonus.

Yes he did transfer in the morning and has email confirmation from Citi of the transfer.

Has your Amplify transfer gone through yet @twiningb? Mine, made on 30/1, still hasn't shown up in Velocity. The acknowledgment email states:
  • Your Frequent Flyer transfer will be completed within 5 business days.
I'll give it overnight and call tomorrow. This is the first time I've had such a delay ... and then, I imagine, there'll be a tussle to get the 20% bonus. :(
