Yes, I've been happy with some recent buys - Wild Goose Shiraz 2021 @ $15 at VM is decent drinking at that priceDoes anyone have experience with the Cape Barren wines, good or bad. They seem to be another recent CW purchase.
Thanks for that. Definitely interested in the Wild Goose from VM.Yes, I've been happy with some recent buys - Wild Goose Shiraz 2021 @ $15 at VM is decent drinking at that price
Also Rare Bird 2018 for $30 from Winestar is worth that price, ignore the $150 RRP. I also have some of the 2019 Rare Bird, but haven't tried it yet. Both offered as mystery wines on Winestar.Rewrapped: Shiraz 2021 – Black Market Deal #49453 - Red Wine
This shiraz is not only regionally expressive, it's thoroughly compelling (particularly when it comes to having a second glass). A seamless experience in opulence and class.www.vinomofo.com

Previous vintage was 2018 and they also sold 2017 previously. I thought that 2018 was a standout, 2017 not so.$100 for the old faithful… worth the risk based on the previous vintage I had ~10 years ago

Lark is delicious imho, if a little short on the peat. However, given that Lark prices have gone from expensive to stupid in the last couple of years (now $200 for basics), it will be interesting to see if the offer brings it anywhere near to good value. The VM cynic in me feels it will still hover around semi-idiotic given scotch isn't under quite the same pressure to unload as vintage grapes... looking forward to being pleasantly surprised here of course!More Whiskymofo teasing of what's coming (sans prices). Tuesday night will be a Lark offer for current early members.

Based on #8 in the picture it's gonna be Classic Cask which has an RRP of $200 for 500ml (not 700ml), and I don't see discounted at retailers. I'll bite at 80% off. However, given that Lark prices have gone from expensive to stupid in the last couple of years (now $200 for basics), it will be interesting to see if the offer brings it anywhere near to good value.
