Just received this from my VM broker if anyone is interested

1. Black Market Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
- Margaret River, WA -

95 Pts - Sam Kim

'5 Red Star' Halliday Rated Winery

The fruit is sourced from a sun-drenched single vineyard site in the north of Margaret River in the Gunyulgup Valley.

Rich cassis and blackberry fruit lead the charge on a seductive, flowing palate supported by beautifully weighted, ripe tannins. Layers of cedar, vanilla, milk chocolate, and violets add further interest. There is impressive length, with subtle oak character coming through on the finish.

Cellaring potential: 2030

Only $18.90 /btl down from $49 RRP in 6 packs!
This wine is expected to be dispatched on the 8th of July

I know it, I'm a fan of the winery but the 2017 was a lean vintage and I think you need to be selective buying MR wines from this vintage. I wouldn't recommend personally, the year doesn't encourage quality down-label (unlike 2018).

I agree. Also Sam Kim's 95 endorsement doesn't inspire the confidence!

Really enjoyed the Wills Domain Paladin Hill Matrix 2018 that is still available at a higher price at VM.

Was a great deal with the eBay 22% off
Yeah, I maxed it out with what I bought. I'd have to use my 2nd eBay account lol.
$30 code plus 6% CB isn't bad if you can find. It's a $2 different between eBay discount.

Just opened a Pirramimma Heritage. Seriously good! Wow. At <$13 bottle, this could be the best value red I’ve bought in a long time.

Classy, smooth Shiraz. Highly recommend!
I agree at $13 bottle nothing outside of a price error comes close. I was expecting something like a war horse and don't think it was quite there
