Certainly a tough one. Maybe you can ring them saying you've bought it, now tell me what it is....
That will spoiled the sense of anticipation and surprise. No No

Here's my wild guess.
Brockenshack Jack Harrison Shiraz.
rrp $58
Is Eden Valley considered SA?
Alc 14.5% YES
94 points - YES
most expensive looking bottles?
Haven't seen it before in Vinomofo.
In the email saying the wine is dispatchedYou get a tracking number??
My Guess is from Anvers, Adelaide Hills. The Warrior. Anvers website doesn't have the 2010 which is often the case when VinoMofo buy the lot. the 2009 is $58. And the bottle does look quite heavy.
The rest match up to obviously. 94. 14.5 and drink buy 2025. VM says 2024

Sceptical it is the Brockenchack. The tasting notes do not mention, cocoa, coffee bean, or ridiculously long finish although everything else seems to match ?
I original thought Mitolo GAM shiraz but only 91 points from Halliday.
Vinomofo are a awake up to the super sleuths and giving out minimal info.
This is JH note for The Warrior "A 61/39% regional blend that spent 21 months in French oak. Deeper and denser in colour than its less expensive sibling; while equally full-bodied, the black fruits are rounder and more supple in the mouth, the tannins finer. The quality of the corks does not inspire one to think either wine will reach its full potential."
Could be mistaken but I'm not convinced this is The Warrior.. the 2010 Anvers McLaren Vale Shiraz (if that's the less expensive sibling?) VM has is a stelvin and not cork...
VM actually has it as a cork...
Unfortunately they are also ( I suspect sometimes deliberately) publishing incorrect information about the wines.
I just saw a "Ralph just bought 1 case of this vino" on VM. Is it you?
But I didn't see my name. Is it just marketing I wondered?
