Powell & Son Riverside GSM 2018 would be my reco. It is a great brand (had their shiraz that is a top notch) and I bet that GSM would be a nice drop too."

Tasted this GMS last night, 1st venture into a Grenache Blend, quite enjoyed it in every respect, would pick it up again & rec. to a friend. 👍

VM stil has it as above - Powell & Son Riverside GSM 2018
4.1 Vivino, $12.50, excellent VFM drop.
Note, it is the GMS as per the VM pic, not GSM as advertised.
Appreciate the feedback. Any recommendations from vinomofo for a Pino Gris/noir or Margaret river Chardonnay? Want to top up the gsm purchase to take advantage of the current Amex offer. Thanks!

Had this last night and very impressed. If you like candied, fruit forward, aromatic grenache then this hits the spot.

So therefore, it would be nice to know before purchasing that it isn't another wine that been ½ way round the world and back, on a slow boat from...
It's a China-focussed, Chinese-owned winery, unlikely this ever left the country given the current situation.
But the VM money-back guarantee is a safe backstop.

OOS now anyway.
First offered October 27th, deal 40011 and November 8th as 40117.

@Brissy1 The 1/2 case I bought didn't capsize my dinghy, sent it back, I found it lacking in any dominant character, just a bit bleh...
Good on you W&d. Not VM, we opened a bottle of Piper Heidsieck NV, a gift from a real estate agent for paying too much for a property. Never had Piper-H before and won't bother again. It had a bright fresh taste, but had a carry through taste of being a little off. If i'd paid for it I might have done same as you.

I can highly recommend jumping on this: Brick Kiln Single Vineyard Shiraz 2017 I bought a dozen quite a while back and thought it was really brilliant, I had some credit to spend so it was a no-brainer, it's a bloody nice drop!
$12.1 per bottle through eBay for anyone interested, that's with 15% discount.

It could be cheaper direct, if there's a $20-30 code with free shipping.

It looks solid, Nick's has it for $25 and has it for 95pts.
