Vinomofo Wine Deals

Catch email I received indicated only 1 of my 2 orders had been cancelled, however when I log into the app I can see the full order has been cancelled (along with a refund credit on mu credit card statement).

I assume the same will happen with my deal, even though one of my 12 packs appears to be ready to be dispatched.

Just received from Vinomofo:

“Hi DrRalph,

Happy Friday!

Just a quick one this morning to let you know that I have an exclusive spend & save offer for you for today only! Spend $399, save $45! This is only available to lucky people like yourself who have a lovely dealer like myself, and for (I can't stress this enough) today! only!

So if you were thinking of stocking up I recommend doing it today. And of course, if you'd like some suggestions I'm more than happy to help :)

I’ve never used a ‘dealer’ at vinomofo previously, and I don’t feel ‘lucky’!

I have lodged a complaint outlining this very argument (if they just said "price error -sorry" I would have left it alone).
Just received an email (again?) saying my order was cancelled. That is fine but they want to keep (my words) my money for 2-5 days....their words "We kindly ask that you allow 2-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account"

That's pretty standard with refunds. That's because of banks, not the vendor.
meanwhile my refunds are showing in my account already

Unfortunately your order has been sent back to us by Australia Post due to an issue with the label printed on the box.

The good news is, we have now resent the wine with the correct label and so you will soon have your delicious vino in hand.

You should receive a new dispatch update and communications from Australia Post shortly.

Sorry for the stuff up but here is a voucher code for $30 off your next order to help ease the pain (apply order at checkout)

By the time I receive the order, it'll be a month.

They gave me $20 credit, and now a $30 code. Basically $50 for free, which isn't too bad.

I've got a fair whack of credit at VM burning a hole in my "pocket" and thought I might take advantage of the free posting and possibly the $20 code mentioned above, I was thinking of booming on this little number Shiraz 2018 – Black Market Deal #40905 but can't work it out (searched the thread plus unwraps) anyone cracked it yet? cheers....

edit: just chucked the code in whilst it's sitting in the cart and it works thanks @peterson
