Vinomofo Wine Deals

Thanks, we have already agreed on what it is. Looking for critique, value etc.?
Sorry, I can give you feedback in a few weeks… we gave a bottle to a friend and they want to crack it open with us. The remaining 5 will stay stashed away for at least 5yrs I think.

Erin Larkin's 94.

I took a swing for a case earlier in the week.

I thank whoever suggested the Orange Canobolas Cabernets. Great drinking.
I boomed on the Celtic one over the Ulithorne, will see how it goes.

I think it was me with the Canobolas, based on the broker recommendation. Opened another tonight, made a point to give it 3-4 hours to breathe and definitely the decant helps.

Broker email today spend $399 and receive a Reschke RSR Cabernet 2014 magnum.
Might be a broker only offer.

Looks to be the SORBY ADAMS THE REVEREND SHIRAZ 2017 again, still not incredible value despite the 12 hour "price drop of the year" now $16 per bottle

Updated link here

I impulse bought a case during the 20% cb - will share my thoughts once it arrives

T.Hanks, just boomed on this one!

Looking forward to hearing what you think as it'll take a couple of weeks to get to me in Adelaide.

I think the Rev Canon was the 2016 when recently offered. Maybe the 2017 isn't as good...

I've a had a couple of bottles from mixed packs. TBH the label put me off as I'm used to artistic flair being used to cover up bad wine, but was pleasantly surprised. It's pretty young and needs a solid decant to take the edge off the tannins, but 'savoury' is definitely the word for this one. I enjoyed it, very flavourful, but didn't blow my mind. I'd be happy to receive the odd bottle in a mix, but personally probably not up for case.
Agree with your review but will hang on to it as it was pretty good value at under $10 a bottle. Will decant there next one and store the rest away for a while.
