Just saw this browsing Vivino, Pirramimma Vineyard Select Shiraz | Vivino
$15 for $40 RRP Pirramimma 2016 McLaren Vale shiraz. Says sold by Vinomofo.
Yet it doesn't show (for me anyway) on the Vinomofo website.
Damn! Anyone else have an idea what it could be? I would buy a case if it was the Lunatiq.More likely to be D'Sas Heathcote Shiraz, previously offered at $12.50, don't have the old deal number handy.
Last Lunatiq in Vinomofo was I think the 2013 @ $14 in March 2016, unlikely the 2018 would be $12.50/$11.Damn! Anyone else have an idea what it could be? I would buy a case if it was the Lunatiq.
Thanks for the correction, that indeed looks more likely - glad I saw it as I was very tempted to order what I thought was Lunatiq..More likely to be D'Sas Heathcote Shiraz, previously offered at $12.50, don't have the old deal number handy.
Sandhurst Ridge. They also have the 2012 cabernet and 2013 shiraz.

Export back label?I just collected my Sandhurst Ridge from the post office, the 2012 cabernet and shiraz. Interestingly, both of these have cork closures, though botoh Vinomofo and Winecompanion listed them as screwcap and all the pictures on the Sandhurst Ridge web page show screwcaps other than the Reserve shiraz.
There's nothing obvious there to suggest it's an export, but I'm not sure what that would look like.Export back label?
Sorry, forum won't let me see the attachment. There's nothing obvious there to suggest it's an export, but I'm not sure what that would look like.

Thanks. Looks like a standard Australian back label, apart from possibly the pregnancy warning graphic, which (in extended form) is only just being implemented Pregnancy warning labels on alcoholic beverages'.OK, I've uploaded it here. Curious to know if this tells you anything

I can't quite make out the text, but looks like "Sulphites" not "Sulfites".
Sooo good. Mine arrived today and I’m really enjoying it. Will probably do the same!! Thanks for the recommendation! So I just received my six pack of Frank Ernest Shiraz ordered on eBay taking advantage of eBay plus 15% off. Visually it is a beautiful bottle, really presents well. So just opened it and it is just a sublime Shiraz. Not overly good at describing it as I am letting it breathe while I type this, but it is dense, jam packed with dark fruit that explodes in your mouth filling it up, good acidity, firm tight tannins and long finish that left a silly smile of enjoyment on my face. At $22.50 if you are an eBay plus member it is an absolute bargain. If you are not a member - it still is a steal! Normally I would have jumped to buy another 6 pack, but I have ACJ and Warhorse Shiraz coming in soon so reluctantly restrained myself.
On the back of the bottle it says only 2550 bottles are produced so 375 6 packs all up. It feels as though it was made with love. Thanks again RB.
Edit, as I went thru the half of the bottle, I ordered another 6 pack damn it!
Could have been held as cleanskins and only recently labelled? There's the QR code which should be a recent bottling for a 2012 vintage?
Strange.

At least it's Diam and not "natural" cork!Yeah, unusual - different closure and possibly back label to others, like the one on their web site:
(link says 2009 but it's the 2012 there)Cellar Doors & Wineries Bendigo, Bendigo region winery family run, premium wines in Victoria. Wineries & Vineyards in Greater Bendigo. Trip Advisor Rank #1 Winery in Bendigo
Plums and a gentle hint of spice on the nose lead on to a palate rich with cherries and ripe fruit. Smooth, soft tannins complement and carry the fruit, allowing this 100% estate-grown shiraz to show a finesse and depth usually found in older wines. The wine completed over 18 months' maturation in Fwww.sandhurstridge.com.au
Diam cork, but great colour to both wines and no faults - looking forward to these with friends tonight.
Good to hear! How did it compare to Petraringa Over The Top 2018?Sooo good. Mine arrived today and I’m really enjoying it. Will probably do the same!! Thanks for the recommendation!
