I reckon 2010 is a better purchase than 2006Well done.
I reckon 2010 is a better purchase than 2006Well done.
I had the 2004 of this one and it's still rather good today, or a couple of months ago. Still have the odd bottle left. From my archives - in like a flynn
The 2008 RSR is $21/btl in dozens on the Reschke website…Yeah I did look at that, the blurb on the 2008 matches about being produced for family and friends. But the price of $36…. Even that would be a bit of a stretch for those mof_’s to claim $70.
It isn't. It was. Maybe. And not 2010. Who knows. RSR was meant to be sold to members only before CW wines got their mitts on it.The 2008 RSR is $21/btl in dozens on the Reschke website…
I think this is gapsted limited release Riesling Limited Release 2021 Riesling - Gapsted WinesHi everyone, does anyone know what this is?
Riesling 2021 – Black Market Deal #39827
94pts from Mike Bennie is appealing, but I can’t find any info
Thanks. Looks likely given the description - I’m now less enthused though!I think this is gapsted limited release Riesling Limited Release 2021 Riesling - Gapsted Wines

as a wild guess Pinot Noir 2018 - Cape Bernier VineyardAny ideas on this one?
1. Black Market Pinot Noir 2018 (pre-arrival), (East Coast), Tasmania
94 points - James Halliday Wine Companion
5 Red Star Winery - James Halliday Wine Companion
This producer is known for being one of the best Pinot Noir producers in Tasmania. The unique microclimate where this fruit is harvested retains significant warmth, relative to the cold climate of Tasmania, producing wines with great richness, ripeness and intensity. Couple this with extended time on skins and maturation in French oak, and what you get is a very serious, powerful and dark Pinot Noir.
"Expect cherries and plums on the palate supported by savoury asian spices, pronounced tannins and a long, complex finish." - Nic Brown, Vinomofo Wine Dealer.
Alcohol: 14%
Cellaring: Drink now until 2030
Cellardoor price is$45per bottle. Vinomofo is $19.90 per bottle in dozens.

as a wild guess Pinot Noir 2018 - Cape Bernier Vineyard
The Cape Bernier only got a Halliday score of 89 (and the alcohol percentage is a little different). I can't find a perfect match, but some close options (all have 94 points from JH) are Spring Vale, The Ridge and Freycinet Louis.
Any ideas on this one?
