Definitely haven't reached the max as they were only my 3rd and 4th referrals (through word of mouth).
The first two bonuses posted fine, and like you said August 21 my points for spend stopped posting (for a couple of days... they are fine now) but still haven't received the next two lots of bonus points.
After emailing amex, their initial response was that they didn't use my link, I called BS, amex then asked to provide the last 5 digits on their cards plus their name and postcode, they responded again that they didn't apply using my link.... again BS because I helped them do it.
So for anybody else in the same boat, I was polite and insisted whenever I got a response (saying there was nothing they could do) that I wanted my complaint elevated... i finally got a response today...
