Anyone know why this shows as unticketed in the biz portal? I just resent my itinerary to myself and the ticket attached to the email has a number and says okay to fly.

Is this a common thing, or an error?

It's on the REWARD website with separate login, not on the BOOKING website.

Not the case for business flyer account. They have separate login page/portal and no dedicated app, afaik.
